ONGOING SUBJECTS IN THE MOTIVA SILICONE FILLED BREAST IMPLANT TRIAL
Availability and enrollment is limited and patients are responsible for the costs of the surgical procedure, anesthesia, and facility fees. The Motiva implants are available for primary augmentation and reconstruction, as well as revision implant surgery. Implants will be provided at no charge. Patients will receive stipends for completion of their annual study visits, which are mandatory for acceptance in the 10 year study.
Motiva breast implants are considered an investigational device in the US and subjects will be participating in a clinical trial reviewed by the FDA.

Motiva Clinical Trial MRI Cohort Study
Dr. McGuire and Dr. Caplin are two out of a handful of surgeons in the United States who will be offering Motiva Silicone Breast implants during the clinical trial reviewed by the FDA. They are also a MRI site, and subjects enrolled with Dr. McGuire or Dr. Caplin also have the opportunity to receive MRIs to periodically evaluate their breast implants. There is no charge to the subject for the MRI, and subjects will be additionally compensated for participation in this cohort.
